With all of the rumors swirling, charges appearing, interest in the FSS dwindling, and JoeCon in possible jeopardy...
Let's say something positive about what the club is doing right now! Uh... Hmmmm.... Anyone got anything?

I really like my $5 Club red Nullifiers.
I have like fortysomething. I wonder if I set some sort of record in the GIJOE community for them. Probably not, but a boy can dream.

Once this all is over and the club is shut down and all the people who wished for that to happen come out and realize what they have done and bitch about not being able to get their free sub figures, magezine and no longer have a club to run the Official Joe coventions an no more convention sets nor a figure subscription service...it will be interesting day indeed. I hate to see this happen, but the powers at be with the motive to totally eradicate the club is in full motion. It is just a matter of time...this could not happen at a worse time for the Joe brand and the fans.

The club doesn't need to go away, but they need to get their act together. It is a business, not a charity. I really appreciate what they do, but their services need to improve on alot of levels.

NEXT year will be the year of challenge for the Club.

I was planning on joining the club this year, but after hearing all of the negative talk about how's it run, the shipping costs, and the recent credit card issues, I've changed my mind. I wish they would get their shit together.

Will never happen - at least not this year. This will hurt the Club, but it won't end it - unless Hasbro ends their relationship with the Club. JoeCon and the FSS will keep them afloat. Yes, the FSS. I think subscription-wise it will be a total failure. But then they will sell the figures as singles at higher prices and people WILL buy them. Maybe they will sell extra 13th figures to subscribers - I don't know. So, in the end, they may make MORE money on the FSS than they would have originally (just depends on how well some of the more random figures sell). They already have many folks subscriptions in the bag.
NEXT year will be the year of challenge for the Club.
