I have to ask...and I mean no disrespect to the poster here, because he can collect however the heck he wants...but I have to know just how AFA can grade a vehicle that is still in the box and probably not even put together? I mean with a figure I can sort of understand it...you can see maybe 85-90% of the total toy. Are those grades for the included Thrasher and Destro figs? Or are they essentially for the box of the vehicle?

My guess would be the box's condition.

its graded as
box 75
window 85
figure 90
the inside stuff is not graded

So can you actually get the things out of the acrylic case and see that there is in fact a Thunder Machine or a Despoiler in there? If one were so inclined and suspicious of what they were getting that is. I imagine doing so would negate the AFA grade.
