The pegs on the back fit in so the wings kinda flap...the tentacles are dumb looking...
The pegs on the wings can be filed down ever-so-slightly for a better fit...like just tap the peg with the file to get the best fit....don't go crazy, because they are small... I'm still screwing with mine... |

You can't really force the pegs into the slots because the wings bend at the base where it connects and you may snap them.

I used a small screwdriver and pushed the pegs into the holes. It worked fine. Also might try heating up the wings and backpack and do the same (alot easier).

I managed to get mine in OK. Once in, they are pretty cool. I still think Falcon looks like a 70's swinger...
