I wanted to bring this guy to the forefront, a personal favorite unproduced figure of mine that I'd love to see somewhere down the line. Thoughts?

I love the giant flying cookie he is standing on.
Is that a Baroness rifle?

So basically a Chuckles repaint with a new head and maybe "apron" (unless they repainted Spirit's loincloth or something) and Baroness' rifle.

Has anyone fleshed out the parts, james? It looks like recondo's top for sure, with Doc's head? And recondo's legs.

Would be good in a 2-pack with a Kitchen Viper.

I'll tell you guys the story on Chef as I know it.
This figure was thought up by Hasbro as a mail away for G.I. Joe Action Stars cereal in 1987 (get the clever food tie in?), but ultimately it was decided that a chef character wouldn't be enticing to kids so they instead decided a jet pack flyer would be more exciting, and thus Starduster was born. Chef uses all the same parts as Starduster version A and includes Baroness' rifle, as well as presumably some kind of flexible apron accessory ala: Spirit. As far as I know this figure never got past the concept art stage. STA: Gi-Joe: Unproduced "Chef" Artwork
