Hasbro store location?

I preordered the two G.I. JOE DVD Battles sets from Hasbro online store and wondering how long it would take for me to get it after it shipped, but i cant find there shipping address on there site.I was wondering where my order was being shipped from and estimate the arrival.I live in west ky.I hope sombody knows the answer,i searched through the forum but didnt see anything.

It should only take 4 days or so tops from the time it ships. It's the waiting for it to ship that's a pain. I've had the DVD sets ordered from them since April. It currently says it ships out today, but when I called them last week they said it would ship 8/7

dude be glad you're getting yours. I still can't get a straight answer as to whats up with my DVD Pack order.

the last 3 pre-orders i have had i cancelled because i found them in stores. Maybe hasbro is putting out more because for the longest time pre-orders is the only way i could get anything. I walked into target yesterday and they had all the DVD packs. I went to target last week and got the 1st day of release clone wars figs, walmart and TRU had all the the vehicles, got wave 9 off the pegs (though it sounds like im the only one who did) Maybe their wider releases depends on location

I had the same problem with BBTS, I have cancelled all but one pre-order from them. I got wave 9 at target about a month ago got wave two vehicles at Wal-Mart about three weeks ago and just got the comic packs at Target yesterday. I still have an eight pack on pre-order at BBTS I dont know what wave they are but it has snow job, snake eyes with timber, camoflouge storm shadow and others. I live in Az and it seems like it will go for weeks with nothing then all of a sudden they will have the newest items.

I ran across a box one of my last HTS orders came from, I forget the city but the state was Pennsylvania

Harrisburg, PA is the distribution center that most orders are mailed out of. It is roughly 40 minutes south of my home...and I often wait a while till I receive items.

My last package was sent from Mechanicsburg, which is pretty close to Harrisburg.

You know what is really strange?

Hasbro won't ship to a Post Office box....grab one of your old boxes though...and check the shipping address...or off one of your old bills look at the return address label and see what it tells you.
