From the figure list...I am guessing this is the repack of VvV and earlier brands of figs with the updated cards.

It sounds like you got it right with it being the valor vs venom figures etc that we saw earlier aka the figures with no weapons.

I was excited when i first saw this...thinking i saw a sweet deal and sgt slaughter...but its not
