I just received my first pile of loot from BBTS and I am very happy with them. I received my wave 9 preorder (although I already found them at retail, all except Ninja Ku) and a NECA TMNT Michaelangelo that I really liked as he was my favorite as a kid and this one resembles a drawing I did when I was in middle school. Anyway, the reason for my thread was the fact that despite the fragile sticker that they applied to the box (which was a cool thing to do!), there was a large dent in the side of the box (thanks UPS!) to the point that I was very apprehensive to even look inside out of fear of the mangled packages that could be waiting for me. Much to my surprise they packed it with enough bubble wrap that nothing was damaged at all and everyone of my cards is perfect and I didn`t even pay extra for the "collectors" guarantee. So overall I am very happy with them and felt like sharing my experience.

My wave 9 showed up from them no less than 5 minutes ago all of them perfect. I enjoy doing business with them it helps relieve the stress of trying to hunt for most things.
My vehicles are due early next week from them although I just found out the vehicles are merely 2 minutes away from me at Wally World...do I get an extra set? Well they have to last a a couple of more hours till work is over so it may be a moot point anyway. Love BBTS great folks to deal with!!! |

Still not recieved confirmation that any of the stuff I ordered - Wave 9 Figs, Vehicles, DVD packs and Wave 5 comics - are available to be sent yet.
Sent my pre-orders in on April 26 - should I have heard something by now? |

My first experience with BBTS was a good one. I ordered 30 CG when it was on sale and it was well packed!
I'm so looking forward to my case of 10 Cobra Desert and Arctic Assault set. |

Wave 5 and dvd packs aren't out yet...at least in mass quatities. Wave 9 just started shipping and they only received a small order, and if you got the case with the 2 snow serpents and 2 BATS the wait is not until august/september. As for the vehicles, many in the states are just starting to receive the confirmations, me as well. They probably just got them in and filling orders as they came in. Patience, they will be there. |

BBTS is on point the past couple of waves. I got my cases of Wave 9 today, outer box was beat up a little but the 2 cases were mint. My last cases, wave 7, were the same way but one of the cases was jacked and all but 2 cards were bent. The vehicles should arrive next week and i was able to picked up half today (RAM/Trouble Bubble and HISS) at WM, left the others for someone else.

Identical story for me, though I had Wave 7 and Wave 9, received yesterday. Box had a huge dent in the side, but bubble wrap saved my figures from any harm.

BBTS is great. They take care of me and they sponsor the JOhio website to boot.

I've been dealing with Joel & the Gang at BBTS since the their early years. To this day, I have yet to have a problem with BBTS. They pack your stuff as though they're mailing it to a friend, their customer service is always fast & friendly...and their warehouse is the secret hiding place of the Holy Grail from Indiana Jones! :O
