For some reason 1 wave 9 case ships with 3 cases of wave 7 (revision) at Wal-Mart at least. I have seen this in 2 different Wal-Marts and have read others post the same. Weird but true. So if you see wave 7 at WM you just missed wave 9
On a side note distribution of figures seems to be Hasbro's fault not WM, Target, K-mart or TRU as all these stores never have shit. |

I think someone in my area has decided to profit, illegally, from Target's increased price on Joe's and help Target get its shelves stocked. The Target stores near my house got some newer Joes in yesterday. By newer I am referring to the jetpack Duke and other figures that have been warming the shelves at WM and KM for the last couple of months. I asked the manager at the store closest to my house about their recent shipment and he said "we have not had a shipment of Joes in months." Then it hit me, is it possible that someone is out there buying up peg warmers at WM and KM and returning them to Target for a profit. Nah! Couldn't happen. I mean why would anyone risk going to jail over the little bit of change they'd get from some toys. Then I thought about it some more. Say these folks buy 10 peg warmer figures at KM for $5.99 and return them to Target for $7.99. They just made a $20 profit from the figures that they can use to buy a vehicle. That vehicle will almost certainly be sold on EBay for $25 (or more) + shipping. Do this a few times and the person no longer has to invest a dollar of his or her own money to profit from Joe Mania. While I'm sure this is quite illegal, it is being done. If it weren't, the only figures I'd see on the shelf at my Target stores are the same ones I've seen there for months -- cobra commander and buzzer.

Target is getting to be the pits for Joes. They have nothing at all for them. I was told that the wave 1 vehicles are like two months out. I was like what really. My mother and father was in Minneapolis and was told the same thing. So I don't know why this is taking them so long to get the vehicles. Walmart around here is saying the same to me also. I just got some from Smalljoes and BBTS. They are almost the same price when you figure in the hunt. 14.99 + tax + gas = around 18 - 20 a vehicle. I buy a set for $72 shipped.

You were with me at the Hermitage Wal-Mart remember the Snow Serpent surrounded by wave 7 & the other was the set I picked up at the New Castle Wal-Mart. Your wave 9 and wave 1 vehicles will be here Wednesday. Plastic crack can't get enough of the stuff I need rehab.

Somebody clue me in....I don't hit Target that often looking for Joe. They never have anything so I rarely bother. What is this collector quanity all about? Are they saying you can just buy 1 of each vehicle? Does that mean only 1 vehicle from the 4 or just 1 of each? That bites whatever the case.

How are they enforcing this policy? Does it not scan at the register if it's more then one of the same SKU #? I don't army build so It doesn't bother me that much, but there have been circumstances that I may want more then one figure (like a Snow Serpent or B.A.T.) I can see if somebody brought 35 HISS DRIVERS to the register (LOL...not that they would ever have that many) you shouldn't be able to do that, but more then 1 vehicle/figure? Thats just stupid.
