GI Joe Club Screw Up
Has anyone gotten their free membership figure from the GI Joe Club? I got mine but they sent me the wrong figure (12") instead of the Cobra Commander (3.75"). I can't believe how screwed up they are.

I'll go you one better. I DID get my Cobra Commander figure a couple of weeks ago, but last Friday I got another package with the free Transformers Club figure "Top Spin" inside. I've never been a member of the TF fan club.

Just out of curiosity, did you guys request the 3.75" or did you assume you would just get it?

I would call FunPub & get it sorted out. They have very friendly Customer Service. I'm sure they'll help.

Yeah, that to! You also have to make sure you checked the right setting under your account settings tab.

that sucks you gots you a geriactic joe by mistake, but you know what sucks worse? people who trash an organization that has done nothing but promote gi joe for years when many people had forgotten about it. people make mistakes, and they are great at fixing their mistakes. instead of trashing people for giving you the wrong FREE figure, why don't you simply call customer service and they will be happy to help you. here's the number so it won't inconvienance you, 817 448 9863.

I haven't even received my Cobra Commander yet?! First they stiffed us on the DTC wv 4 that was supposed to be available earlier this year and now this. No way in hell I'm renewing my membership!
