Hey I wasn't complaining I was just stating that I received the 12 incher instead of the 3 3/4 inch Cobra Commander. I had the 3 3/4 inch selected when I got the email to make sure everything was correct. When I received the figure I went to my account to see if I goofed and my account defaulted. All of the information I had put in (birthday, etc.) was blank and 12" was now checked. So something must have happened to my account. I emailed the club and they got back to me within an hour. Everything is fine, I'm sending the 12 incher back and I'm getting my CC. I have no problems with the club. I get my newsletter every month and I'm happy. Things happen. Hell, for Christmas I had a year's subscription to ToyFair magazine ordered for me (on Nov. 7, 2007) I still have not received a single issue. I called the people yesterday and they're fixing the problem and giving me a free year's subscription to a magazine of my choice. I teased my wife about getting Hustler or something, but I settled on Wizard magazine. So this long drawn out story just goes to show that shit happens.

What email address did you use? I've emailed them twice now and haven't gotten a response.

I emailed Brian Savage but have not gotten any response. It's been 3 days. The figure anyhow was supposed to have been shipped in March so you could imagine my dissapointment once I got the wrong figure. It's probably going to cost more for shipping the darn wrong figure back but I want my Cobra Commander. He's the reason I signed up in the first place.

Well, you can write "Return to Sender" on it and stick it back in the mailbox. But that won't guarantee you'll get the correct figure.

I got my CC. I have heard about this problem for the past two years so when it came to mine I double and triple checked my info. I did notice something though:
I used a gmail email account for the club and I spelled gmail with a capital G (EX: Gmail) well that didn't bode well with their system and until I fixed that small mistake, All my info (Address, free figure, etc...) was reset everytime I visited the club site |

Well, it has been nice knowin' ya bro. Hasbro won't give the club access to the 25th stuff. The GIJCC has been o-rings all the way. Yeah, it looks like they got a bad batch of rings from the factory. These guys have crap for luck. For getting stuff replaced, it isn't like you needed to even complain. I had buddies who just walked up to the desk, showed the people there and - boom - o-rings were presented. No big deal, right? Try Angie or call them. And as far as e-mailing Brian "three days ago"? Are you serious? Joe Con was last weekend. The next few days they SHOULD take off and then go about sending out the orders for people who ordered the non-attending sets... Few more things, because I can... They NEVER said DTC Wave 4's release date. Not a single one. Just that "If no changes, we can get these out quick. If changes, it'll take time." And when was this Cobra Commander shipped in March? I could have sworn that the CC was sent in the beginning of June. -Kevin |

I wasn't trashing their organization. I was trashing their quality control process. How difficult could it be check an order slip and then send the correct item? Thanks for the number.
