some people get it in their mind it makes :
1.scalpers items more desireable as there a re less good carded examples.
2.thwarts scalpers as they cant sell damaged ones.
3. makes them stay on pegs till they have money.

its stupid. I work in retailo and all it does is slow new stuff coming in as no one buys damaged ones fast.

Yeah, benders (and gas prices) in my area pretty much pushed me to pre-ordering now.

Some people argue that they get damaged in transit/stocking and while that's true, when you arrive to see let's see, a full wave 8, and Baroness, TF Flint, Bludd, and Python Officer are all bent, Cobra Commander and Roadblock are unscratched, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that there's BS afoot.

Good job reporting the guy. Hopefully something get's done, but unfortunately, the average worker usually figures they don't get paid enough to confront someone who isn't actually stealing.
