For sure....our combined purchasing power would make Hasbro happy.

The best set was the Sandtrooper one because the 4 figures all had different shoulder pauldrons.

Thats basically what I am talking about. Except more figures, and no variations in the box.

I think it would. Plus they would get the yearly fee, which is just free money to them. That fee could be used towards R & D for other singles. And can you imagine how many boxes they would move. And once people start building monster sized armies, they get free advertising. Who doesn't like to see pics of hundreds of troops?

'Would you join an Troop Builder Club?' . . .

In a NANO-SECOND! I think it's a great idea, then I could buy as many COBRA troops as I wanted without having to hunt in stores or online.

I'm not so much an army-builder as platoon builder, but I would definately support this idea. This is one of those rare ideas that benefits both Hasbro and the fans.

That sums up why i think it is a decent idea.
Its a pretty simple equation to me. Identical figures in multiples sold directly to a subsciber base. and by paying a fee, you are giving hasbro a security blanket. noone pays for a service and then never uses it. Its like a Gijoe army building pay for plastic porn service.

i voted yes.

for one, it would reduce the army/multiple buyer attacks/slander here on this forum. that alone would make it worthwhile to me.

I Would If It Were 10$ A Year And 10 Figures For 40 Or 50$. But, I Voted No Because It Would Be Something Like 50$ A Year And At The Very Least, And I Do Mean Least 100$ For The Figures WHICH MAKES IT UNWORTHY FOR ME AS I ONLY BUILD FIRE TEAMS.
