I am so blown away by your image and vision of the great Cobra Commander. Great work. Awesome!!!! The movie version CC was and always will be an EPIC FAILURE to me.

keep the hood get rid of the helmet/mask. the hood is more menacing than the mask even with eyes like those. I like the coat and body armor that was in the film but I agree get rid of the mask that was used in the movie. Keep the doctor's voice but with the hood on, the Commander's voice reminds me of General Greivous from the Clone Wars.
