I can't speak for everyone, but the problem for me comes from knowing what each sub-unit's function is; that's not always as easy to find out or even understand. A bit more exposition on what the purpose of the teams are, what responsible for and/or how they would be used goes a long way for me.

I'm liking most of what I see. Is Storm Shadow too baggy? I'm just wondering if that attire will aid in his ability to remain silent. Seems like he would be rustling when sneaking around. I can't say I like the sneakers. I'm liking Bludd for the most part except the pressed slacks. That crease stands out. Firefly looks good but I think he could use more gear. Grenades, C-4, Ammo, Knives, multiple Side Arms.
Minh looks just like this guys I use to work with. Workingman. |

Hmmm. Give me a day with it and I'll see if I'm still happy with the image at the end of the day.

Yeah, he definitely looks a bit sparse. Will work on giving him more gear over the weekend. |

Do the Legionnaires wear sidearms with the slacks? Probably not. Doesn't make fashion sense. I'm just playing. Still I think Bludd needs a sidearm as well.

I'm not liking Firefly for some reason. I think it's the camo.
I liked your first version of Storm Shadow better. Minh kicks ass. Bludd, there's something off about it. Maybe it's the helmet. Out of place?

Bludd and Minh both look perfect (I personally like the crease in the pants).
Firefly looks great. All he really needs is a backpack full of death and he's the prototypical terrorist. That said, I like the positioning of the swords. Very nice as usual. However, I do share the concern about Storm Shadow seeming a bit baggy for a ninja. |

Storm Shadow: In light of your suggestion of parkour gear for a modern ninja, why not some of the form fitting gear? It's just as flexible and movement friendly, with no loose parts to create noise. It might look slightly "superhero-ey", but it would certainly be the most fitting for what you're going for (excluding the whole white ninja part).
Major Bludd: I'm 50/50 on this one. I like his entire uniform (Bludd seems like the type to care more for his uniform than himself). The head is where I find the disconnect. The face is too soft and unweary for my taste. I know the helmet is part of his history, but I really wish you would've found some kind of appropriate modern analogue. Firefly: I like this version about as well as the last version, but I agree with the sentiment that he's really light on gear. Minh: Looks really good and that face has a lot of personality. |

I've updated a couple of the images (Firefly and Storm-Shadow) to take into account your suggestions. Thanks for taking the time to offer your critique, guys.
Still on the fence on whether I should tweak Major Bludd... maybe later. |
