It's always nice to see previously used images make their return in an altered form. Really happy to see you recycled the head from Five Spot to make Anvil. The Kurt Russel head complete with five o'clock shadow is a nice choice, as is the cigarette (something we don't see enough of...but it's a kid's toyline ultimately). I like the Lifeline change, despite the loss of the Nash head. Icebreaker has a lot of individuality for a winter guy, and the name change is (as always) well thought out and relevant. Whose noggin is that on Blister? It kind of looks like an altered Baby Jay Penn, but not quite.
So that just leaves us with Trakker. The COPS fan in me is jealous that he made the cut, but MASK meant more to kids raised in the early '80s, he got a proper Joe line release recently and most importantly... he looks fantastic. Love the name change but I'm curious as to where he fits in. Oh yeah: WHITE CHOCOLATE! By my estimations, all that's left are the Renegades, Helix, Chuckles and Snake Eyes unless Bad News and No Flak got past me somewhere. There's always the possibility for surprises as Columbia, Fixer, Gutshot, Guardian One and Shroud have taught us. Almost there! |

Glad you're digging the new images MT.

Wow. I'm impressed. I personally wouldn't have recognized J-Will from that angle, and I even changed his face a little (widened the mouth, changed the angle of his nose). Quote:

One question though: Would you rather I release an incomplete version (without the psych/peer profiles but with biographical/training info) just to get something out before the project becomes stale, or would I be better served just waiting till I finish all the psych/peer profiles (would probably take me a month or three at the very least) before actually releasing the full PDF?

Love Kurt Russell as Deadstick. And Anvil is another great codename I may have to steal.
Mogu is another one I want to steal. I need a Venom V Valor Big Ben that I paint a mustache on. Shroud is a Pilot? Sandman is totally badass too. I don't remember Agent Anderson but I'll have to go back and read the issue. And Lifeline gets better with each version. I myself am anxious for the org chart but i've missed the filecards for sure. Each one is like a mini comic. Last edited by Loose Cannon; 02-01-2010 at 02:52 AM.. |

Yep. Matt Trakker is a pilot of some sort in Joe toy canon (what with being packaged with that ridiculous heli-backpack and all). Thanks! |
