Interesting concepts. Zulu. Whose head did you use for Maverick? I can't tell if it's Tom Cruise or Zachary Quinto. Anyways, as always, looking forward to what's next.

Good work all around, z. I like the integration of the cyborgs as well as the previously unseen co-pilots. Glad to hear you got the chopper guys doing chopper guy stuff, lol. If there ever was a Joe with the exoskeleton/machine gun setup, I'd expect it to be Repeater before anyone else, honestly.

All Great Zulu,
Love the additions of Kestrel, and Trigger. Great codenames too. What made you decide to include Atomic Man. Not a character I'l familiar with other than I know he existed. |

Awesome work Z, love Trigger and Low Post. I'm glad someone else is including Mike Powers in their 'verse.

Thanks, man. Makes me wonder if Mike Power the Atomic Man will ever get an official updating into the contemporary GI Joe universe the way Hasbro updated Eagle-Eye GI Joe Colton.

Mechanics: Cool all around. Despite not knowing anything about these characters and them all having relatively similar uniforms, they just ooze personality. The Brazilian Blur! Condor looks interesting as well.
Bullet: WOW. Badass. Love the ink, the general design, the everything. If this were a comic, whenever the maintenance crew was shown, he'd be at the forefront. Mangler: Fantastic! The woodland camo makes him really stand out, and I'm glad to see you worked a SeaBee onto the team. Scarlett: Wonderful. Early on, when you would change a character, I often wasn't happy with the results. As time has gone, I see now that it might take you five or six revisions, but the final image at the end of the road is always well worth the trip. She looks accurate to her original, while still having that real world realistic look. Great re-use of the ScarJo head here as well. The only suggestion would be to shorten her left forearm up a bit. The placement of the glove is too low, IMO. Interesting story (and inadvertent compliment): I IMed the link to your photobucket account to a friend of mine (who's a big Joe fan but doesn't frequent any boards). Despite me raving about them, he wasn't impressed in the slightest. I asked him why and he said "am i supposed to be impressed by a bunch of unused production images from the movie? they didn't even use them. so why get myself all worked up? why would they go to all the trouble to take all of these pictures and not use any of them anyways?" I told him that you were just a guy doing these "digibashes" in his free time and his mind was blown. Keep up the great work! |

Love the new Scarlett! You've definitely knocked it out of the park with this version. Bullet is intersting, what's he got for a weapon? Going back a bit, I'm pretty sure that HULC is pronounced "hulk". If so, that's a bit ironic.
