Great work. I agree with your decision to keep Dickie and Ramon dead after I thought more about it. My favorite thing about the project currently? The fact that you've kept my attention with characters despite the fact that you're working on support members using characters I've never even heard of. I must say that I liked the nerdy Five Spot better, though.
Glove + Rain Man = Love. One of those great teams during the Jordan era that never won one. |

Not to derail my own thread but yeah, "Sonic Boom" were definitely my favourite basketball duo during the the early to mid- 1990s. It was hard being a Sonics fan back then though, since they were overwhelmingly overshadowed by Jordan's Bulls. With a better coach (never liked George Karl), like maybe Rick Adelman or Rudy Tomjanovich, I think they could have won a ring during the Jordan era. At least the Glove eventually won a ring with the Heat.

Love the latest. Roughshot is great looking. Low Post kicks major ass as well.

Not unless they did it in 94 or 95. Sorry, z, but 91-93/96-98 Bulls were getting those 'chips regardless of who you put in front of them. The problem is that the league was watered down from the recent expansion and Jordan/Pippen/Jackson too strong for the times.

I love the Robo-Joe and Atomic and the harness. That's great.
Makes the A-Suits from the movie seem more of a reality.

Glad you like them. I spent quite a bit of time trying to rationalise the inclusion of Robo-Joe and Mike Power, and the HULC exoskeleton was the best design compromise, I think, between full-on cyborg and a non-descript human.
Yeah, I guess they do in a small way. Just speculating here, but I think the HULC exoskeleton can be used so that a one man heavy machine gun/infantry minigun team can be feasible. Suspend the minigun/heavy machine gun on the harness, lock the exoskeleton's legs so that the person wearing it can serve as a weapons mount of sorts, and blast away with no fear of the recoil tearing off the gunner's arms or knocking him off his feet. Until I actually see something like that in the real world though, I'll probably stick Roadblock with the M60. Last edited by zuludelta; 12-20-2009 at 09:53 PM.. |
