Sad? That's not sad, it's a bloody honour, man! Why'd you think I'm Photoshopping stuff at 4 in the morning? Because you guys and gals are great and I really value your support and input. Pat yourselves on the back and/or high-five yourself, my friends.
Sorry for the delay. Enjoy the comic! |

I had a GREAT time at the Con! I'll give you guys details later with photos and stuff. Quote:
Ah, dang it. Oh well, it was fun trying to win, and thanks for the mention! Congrats to Sparhawk, Rinker and Salty Santa! I'm still available for any, uh, "jobs" anyone might need done... sneaking into places... espionage... that sort of thing... anyone?
Keep up the good work, Numbers! Quote:
WOOHA! Not only a great strip, but winner winner chicken dinner! I daresay a Beard Force mission is in order to unjam the radio. So...who's got some x-wings laying around? Anyone...anyone? *Sigh* Well, we'll always have Hisstank.
There are many many types of numbers, from real, to intergers, to rational. But its the Canadian Numbers I like best. Quote:

Thanks, Ozzie! Securing the rights to his likeness might be an issue. Quote:
I didn't mention it yet (I really should have, but it slipped my mind while Photoshoppin' it up at 3AM...), but the Commander has backup plans to keep Cobra running in the case of his capture or death. That's why the organization hasn't crumbled since his capture at Christmastime. "In the event of the rise of G.I. Joe radio stations, Tele-Vipers are to jam their signal, broadcast this recorded message of mine and follow my orders to the letter!" You don't even want to know the other crazy "What-If" schemes he'd prepared for: "in the event of the X-Men starting a charity car wash..." I'll have to explain that in a comic, obviously. Should've used caller ID.

Well, as soon as the PoC figs come out, ol' Sparhawk *IS* getting a figure. And then I can make my own Dio. And its all thanks to great people like Numbers, who without which, I would NOT have found the Hisstank.
HIP HIP HOORAAAAY.

love your fig-comics, 1337W422102! they inspire me to make me own. unfortunately, I storyboard ideas in my head then try to do them...then realize I have no decent locales, then can't get the photography the way I want so no result is yielded. altho...don't worry...the dream is still alive! I love the the FredEX one...that was some clever stuff my friend. so good infact it could have easily been a comedic insert for comics back in the day. I don't know if joe comics did this but I think some other ones did. I also thought some of the stuff you entered for the Helix Facebook stuff was hilarious. lmao.....

One of the reasons the comic was late this week was because I spent more time I thought I would have had to preparing my costume for the Montreal Comic Con. It was worth it - I was one of the costume contest winners, earning $100 to spend at the show! I bought Marvel's G.I. Joe #1, in near-mint condition. The colours inside are the best I have ever seen in a comic of that era. Whoever owned it must've never read it and kept it in a Mylar bag for 25+ years! Here's an in-character post-convention report: Ages 25 & Up - Comics with Kung-Fu Grip! Updated Saturdays: Montreal Comic Convention, Post-Con Report
