Awesome job! As always I loved the strip. It's nice to see the PGS strip come to an end. I liked how you left it open at the end. Seeing Destro and Serpentor at the end gave me a big smile. Of course Clutch steals the show. His flashback with Wild Bill was great and his one liner with Scarlett. I liked what you did with storm shadow and that final scene with him looks badass. It's also cool seeing Rock N Roll get some action. Can't wait to see the next strip.

Thanks, Monkeywrench! It feels good to have this story arc done, as I can move back in to the regular/good ol'/oldschool 25 & Up comics. Happy you enjoyed the ending! Don't worry, I won't be making "Plastic Gear Solid 2: Subgroups of Liberty"!
I know that I introduced Clutch and Rock N Roll really late into the game, but I hope that I used them well. Their exchanges with other characters (particularly Clutch's) and their banter isn't much, but I figured it's better then them driving in and saying 'Hurry, get in, let's bounce!' or something to that effect. PGS Storm Shadow is supposed to be mysterious and badass. When we first see him, he's a mercilless assassin. All we know is that he wants to prevent the nuclear attack, and will stop at nothing (and fight/kill anyone) to do so, even the unarmed weeaboo, Gambello. His Street Fighter with Solid Snake-Eyes ends badly for him, yet he shows up later with no hard feelings. He has a personal mission (stop the nuke), but his other intentions are unclear ("Farewell, my brother. Our paths will cross again to the death."). Also, he seems to be trying to distance himself from Cobra, and gained the intelligence he needs to stop Plastic Gear during his stint as Cobra Commander's bodyguard/assassin/ninja d00d. I went a little too deep there, eh? Oh, and Rock N Roll owns. A surfing weight-lifter who wields an M60 (well, not the 25th version) and plays bass? That's pure awesome! Next week, the comic's about Breaker, the Original 13's comm guy. Find out what kind of trouble he's gotten himself into! See ya then.

Looking back at the whole story, Storm Shadow was the best part of the story. |

"Now you realize the power I possess" Where is that from? I know the line from Street Fighter the Later Years, but is it from somewhere else?
Life ending splatter! awesome. the conclusion was pretty awesome over all, thanks.

That belt is from an Indiana Jones figure. I bought the figure to make a custom Rick Deckard from Blade Runner, so I gave the belt to Clutch. The other O13 members either have removable belt pieces or a belt because of the Snake-Eyes webgear, but since Clutch has his badass vest, no belt for him. But I felt he could use one.
Imperial_Serpentor: I'm not sure if that line's used elsewhere. I lifted it from Blanka from Street Fighter. When it was used in SF: The Later Years, it was used as reference to Blanka's post-game taunt as well. Ya gotta love the 'freakin' electric Oompa-Loompa.' As I'm sure you noticed, the comic had a few Street Fighter lines. Glad you guys liked the comic! As usual, thanks for reading and for the support. You guys are great.

Well I hope the fact that you're such a SF fan means we will see more Sakura in the future? (my favourite SF character), maybe even the vintage SF II Gi Joes?

Unfortunately, the only SF figures I have are Microman Sakura and the Chun-Li and M. Bison Minimates. Sakura will make some guest cameos, like in the 'return of Clutch' comic.

kinda random and not sure if you'd be interested, but you can actually type out the I-ching hexagram used for the Arashikage clan symbol in unicode, instead of having snake-eyes, do a "|:|:|: !" as an emote as you did a couple issues back. you need to have a font that can view it (like Fixedsys Excelsior 2.0 or up), but yeah it looks like this ䷾ if you can see it, if you want to have Snake-eyes emoting the clan symbol again.

Thanks, Imperial Serpentor. That's a good idea. I was going for simplicity rather than accuracy, but you're 100% right. I figured that I'd just 'Shop in an image of it next time I need him to 'say' the hexagram, but your way is much more fun!
