Canada is so awesome, even your anthem is better than the balony us Americans get. "Purple fruited plains?" What the hell does that mean!? There ain't no stinkin' purple-fruits!
...oh, I may have misread the song, carry on! xD |

"Purple fruited plains?" Well your right there isn't any purple fruits, its "purple moutain majesties" and that isn't the American anthem. Purple moutain majesties is in the song "America the Beautiful".
The Star Spangled Banner, the American Anthem, was written during the War of 1812 the bombs bursting in the air tended to light things up during the night which allowed them to see that the American Flag was still there and that Fort McHenry had not surrendered. The shells they had at the time was generally the old classic round black shell or bomb, had a timed fuse inside and would go off after a certain amount of time. They also had rockets but they aren't anything we would reconize as a rocket today. See now that is overanlyzing hehe. also great job with the comic! I don't post much but I do enjoy it. |

It's also bloody informative! Thanks for sharing! Despite studying all day, this is the only time I feel I've genuinely learned something today. Thanks! Don't worry about not posting much. Worry about us expecting your other posts to be this informative!

It's time for the December Q & A! This being the busy time of year we only have 6 questions this time. This is probably the most personel Q & A to date as none of the questions have anything to do with the current or past storylines. Anyway, here's the questions:
Submitted by Monkeywrench: 1. Do you follow or pay attention to any other Joe comics/dios? There is a few others that pop up on the Tank from time to time. I’m wondering if you pay attention to other people’s work? Or do you try to ignore others to keep your ideas fresh? Submitted by Monkeywrench: 2. Will we be seeing a story involving Ripcord? I think you would write a very interesting story involving the different incarnations of him. I think it would be a classic. Submitted by Topside: 3. Have you ever seen Kelly Heroes? Comic gold! I’d love to see you work some of that into a A25 story? Submitted by Topside: 4. Don’t know if it’s the same thing in Canada as here in the States but why is Stars Wars more popular than Joe? Do they get a larger line because they’re more popular or they are more popular because of a better managed line? Your opinion? Submitted by G.I.Eddie: 5. Seriously, how much fun do you have making these strips? It’s like playing with your toys, but grown up style… what’s the most fun part? The setup, story creation or the dialogue? Submitted by G.I.Eddie: 6. Do you have help with your comics? I can imagine how fun it would be to have a couple guys bouncing ideas off each other, posing the figures in positions that aren’t exactly kid friendly lol. Thanks to G.I.Eddie and to Topside for helping. |

Thanks for those questions, guys! Fun fact: Q&A #12 is post #1337! Awesome!
The last of my exams is at 9 AM on December 22nd. I'll TRY to have the answers up that day, once I get home. Should be a nice treat after more than a month of gruelling over papers, projects, and exams! The Real American Teamup story ends on the 18th, so be here and be ready!
