| ebay suspended account question I'll try to keep this short.
I sold a book on half.com about 5 weeks ago. Shipped with delivery confirmation. Item confirmed delivered two days after shipping date.
Over the past 3 weeks I have received 3 e-mails saying book was never received. Sent tracking number and proof of delivery. Recieved another e-mail through half.com today from buyer rudely requesting a replacement book.
I logged into half.com to check out the transaction details. I click on "leave feedback" for the heck of it and received "Item# doesn't exist or feedback already left" message. I clicked on Buyers feedback profile page and found out that the buyer is "No Longer registered user." The buyer had a feedback score of 0 with no previous transactions.
It's my understanding that if someone's account is suspended that they can't log-in to send e-mails or file claims or anything of that sort. Is that correct or is there instances when someone can still use their account even if they are no longer registered? Can she still file a claim or leave me negative feedback? I mean I'm pretty sure she can't, but it seems unusual to get an e-mail through the system from someone who has been suspended.
