Yup, got my 4 range vipers today totally complete. Only issue was the file cards are a little bent from being in the small box they were shipped in, but I will have a good one when I order one set of these fresh in the box later on so no big deal.
Range vipers are awsome!

My filecards also got a bit out of shape as well but that doesn't matter I just keep them in a box under my desk anyway.
The figures arrived in only four days so I have no complaints about him. It's the third time I've bought from him. So you guys should not be worried if you have not received your figures yet. I only wish I was quick enough to get me some Range Vipers before they sold out. They look awesome!

Alright! Got mine in today. Just 7 days. That's awesome. . . except for the figures. I'm a little disappointed with them, and I certainly do NOT think it's sicdunbine's fault. I know there is some speculation as to how he acquired these, but these look like full-on Hasbro production with the good ol' Hasbro (lack of) quality.
I ordered Outback, Ripcord, and the Alley Viper. My most anticipated was Ripcord, renamed Altitude. They shoulda named him "Grandpa Ripcord". As soon as I took the mask off, it looked like an old man under there! To add to the effect, the helmet doesn't fit properly. There was also no place to put the hose, either. Outback was a pretty solid figure, except one leg joint looks a little funny, as do many with the ME molding, and he cannot properly hold his gun. Still, pretty solid overall. I would rather this one have come in the white t-shirt, as in the original, but I guess it never did make sense that someone would wear a white reflective t-shirt while hiding out in the "outback". The Alley Viper, which I've never owned, is a cool figure. It's probably the most solid of the 3 I received. However, I could not get the grappling hook gun to fit in the backpack. IDK if that's a problem that you all have experienced or if it's my luck. Also, the helmet doesn't fit properly. I think I'm going to repaint/slightly customize this one anyway, so it doesn't really matter. With these quality issues, it doesn't appear that these were meant to be played with, which makes sense seeing as how they are supposed to be internet exclusive. All that stuff will stay on when displayed, so I think it was definitely aimed at collectors.
