Lamprey or Charbroil ?

There are 2 sellers on eBay selling this figure one has it listed as Charbroil
GI Joe Charbroil loose figure - eBay (item 120410726880 end time Apr-30-09 10:31:45 PDT)

The other seller lists him as a Lamprey
G.I.JOE Rise Of Cobra Red Lampray Loose - eBay (item 360151214193 end time May-03-09 20:21:37 PDT)

My opinion is he looks like a Lamprey, but why would Hasbro go through the trouble of giving a Lamprey a unique head-sculpt. I can also see Hasbro going the lazy route and just calling this guy Charbroil even though he looks like the Lamprey from the 7 pack.

What do you guys think?

i think this is ludicrous and should not be asked in a public forum! ha j/k im on crack umm...it looks really cool either way, but i guess charbroil? a lamprey wouldnt have an exposed face would it? plus the second auction the guy just says its a "red lampray" .............lamp ray?..........

I think the Lamprey just has a visor that lifts up.

This guy has a removable helmet though.

Good question unless he is a spy or some kind of unique character, like the crimson Guard with removable helmet or Tommy in CC disguise. Not sure but that would be what I would put my money on.
