He paid top dollar for it somewhere else and is trying to save face. Nobody got that set from "her", it's all in the feedback. But yet bashed me for recommended him to ebay for a $75.00 auction or someone I knew that was selling one for $100.00 shipped.

I doubt that is the case, he has been genuine with his comments and I have no reason to think otherwise. If anyone offered me on this site a DVD pack for 100 dollars I would kindly reply no thank you also.

Why would anyone spend that much money without checking the seller's feedback?

That's the thing about this chicky that is "fishy"....at first hand (prior to all of us leaving negative feedback) she had a 98 for feedback and unless you looked closely.......all her feedback was for things for under 5 bucks. She put up a front with so many small items that she was trying to hook in a big fish. And with Q-berts response that is exactly how smashwitdaclub got his DVD pack. He told her that he was on a collectors website and that she was getting a bad name, so she goes and gives him his pack to make it look like she has a legit business, making us buy form her. Just like a ponzi scheme. That is how she was able to perform so many small sales, making 1600 from just one person, not to mention a hundred here, 30 there, it adds up with her lies.

I still wonder why this set is going for so much being as mediocre it is.
I know it has the final piece to the MASS device and Alpine, but sheesh, $50+ for it? I am SO glad I found it retail as I could never justify paying that much for it. |

Here is someone that has more than 10 that seems a bit more legit. They have been a member since 2003.

And yes, I had seen someone else post positive feedback from her about 1 month after I purchased mine for the same set. It was in her feedback. And, the experience sucked for that person too, because as I recall they posted positive feedback for her almost 2 months after they had originally paid for it. brb with evidence i have this set - to appease qbert |

And this is a pic to show off that I indeed meant it when I said I buy all of these TOYS for my son! They are his. I relive my childhood through him and must say I am having a damn fun time doing it. Front two green bins full of Sigma Six. Empty green bin for all the 25th. Red bin on the left filled with Star Wars bad guys. Blue bin filled with Jedi / good guys. Red bid on right filled with clones/stormtroopers. And yes, the Rancor is the new Target exclusive - I got it about a week ago. ****Thanks for the kind words Mainframe, I hope this doesn't change what you think of me. This Qbert guy is just wanting to be a real dick to me and I have no clue why... Oh right, I didn't like he was trying to sell me a set that retails at most places for $20 that I wanted to get for my son - and he wanted to charge me $100.... I don't know how to really proove to you I got this from Carrie and Co, but here is the feedback I originally posted, plus the follow up I added today: 37 days 20+ emails all delays/lies, still no prod. file w/ PP now to get $ back Buyer: buffs2sweet ( 44) Apr-29-09 18:03 Follow-up by buffs2sweet (May-01-09 07:11): rec item after 39 days. If I could I would change this feedback to a neutral GI JOE 25TH ANNIVERSARY DVD PACK WAVE 3 BEST OF EPISODE (#260382215241) It is currently on page 3 of her feedback. And Mainframe can confirm the date I bought it, because I bought it just after he purchased his and I have shared this info with him. Last edited by Shmashwitdaclub; 05-01-2009 at 11:38 PM.. |
