Not trying to be a jerk, but you have to keep in mind that 50$ for "a chance" at Doc is not nearly the same as 50$ for an actual Doc figure. You're not likely to get the same impulse buyers that are willing to shell out the cash to get something now/first. There is no instant gratification being sold here, and thus I don't think it's quite the bargain you think it is. With no figures being shipped until what, May is it, the market will not be set for some time.

Thats your opinion. I believe that not everyone who sends out their Doc request will get a Doc. You have to send it out early to be guaranteed one. Supplies are limited according to Hasbro. I respect your opinion tho.

Good luck, I'm sure someone will buy it eventually. |

i don't think that they will sell out that fast. with one person being able to get 4 Docs i'm pretty sure that Hasbro has made plenty to go around.

At that price I would rather buy the comic packs themselves, buy 2 more and your there. It doesn't sound like a deal to me at all.

Hasbro says that the supplies of everything they produce are limited. I sent out the POP forms for the George Lucas figure almost 6 months after the figure started shipping. I got one a few weeks later (PS- disappointment).
Same thing with the 30th anniversary coins (not six months, but not day 1 either). Not that a GI Joe exclusive will have a huge run like a Star Wars exclusive, but GI Joe does not command the toy buying group that Star Wars does either. Personally( <-- operative word), I think everyone is going a bit overboard on how fast Doc will go.

Mr. G didn't ask anyone's opinion on the pricing of his auction, so criticizing his pricing, and thus his decision (which can then be interpreted as a criticism of him) can only lead to upset feelings. if you don't think it is a good deal, don't buy it, but there is no need to debate him about it unless you are willing to apologize if it does sell.
