Gi Joe Rise of Cobra Movie Ripcord Lot of 3 Nice RARE | eBay
I've been looking for Ripcord since the release of ROC. as much as everyone s--ts on that character, they sure have no problem charging a mint for him. So since I actually LIKED that character, I'm sad that I'll never be able to justify paying that much for him.
I bought everyone I could from the pegs. And I missed Ripcord, HeavyDuty and Scarlett. now trying to get them on eBay is crazy. They're the same price as Lady Jaye and each Dreadnok and as far as I've seen, nobody even LIKES the ROC cast. What's the deal?
Another perfect use of the Roadblock mold. We're getting as bad as Hasbro about reusing molds lately!!

Sometimes unpopular things are harder to obtain because lessened demand means less people will be listing them. Those that do list them can then charge more because of the artificially smaller supply.

It's the "Jungle Assault" Ripcord figure which jacks up the price of that auction.
That figure was part of the final wave of the ROC line along with City Strike Duke, City Strike Snake Eyes, and Desert Battle Desert-Viper.
This wave wasn't released at the normal brick & mortar retail stores (like Target, Toys R Us, and Walmart) due to the fact that those stores had already canceled their orders so these ended up at discount stores (like Marshall's, Ross, and TJ Maxx) and international markets instead.

Did you try asking Viper Kingdom? I am pretty sure Jungle Assault Rip Cord was a 5 pack figure for a while off of his site. I would just email him. And for realz that was a awesome figure. The weapons he came with were off the chain.

a seller from china under the name toyssir8982009
had in the past for sale lots of 5x loose complete ripcord jungle assault for 45$ with free shipping. it was an excellent troop building opportunity!
you can check with him if he has any left.
I bought one lot of 5x from him. everything went great.
I have one heavy duty loose complete reactive armor version (no filecard) and I probably can find scarlett, ripcord or heavy duty in a normal price range here in germany. In Europe there are still some roc figs available, but no one wants them, so they are being sold around 10$ to 12$... shipping from here is safe and cheap (around 5$ for 1 up to 4 figures). if you are interested send me a pm, I will be more than happy to help you find the figs you want.

The Jungle Assault version is quite nice, actually. Actually, they're all nice - the headsculpt in particular is spot on.
Please check out http://hmcsgreatadventure.com/ - it's a mix of sci-fi, humour and the friggin' Royal Canadian Navy, eh!
Also looking to sell/trade Joes... Need Lego Futuron Monorail, Land Adventure, etc... http://www.hisstank.com/forum/g-i-jo...-t-thread.html
