I reported this sucker.

I am a buyer and seller and I can't stand this kind of fraudulent activity. It is because of asses like this which makes ebay such a questionable place to do business.

I just email to abuse@ebay.com and gets to a appropriate people.

Yup, towards the bottom of the auction page under "Other Options" you can clip "report this auction"

Drop down menu: Fraudulent Listing
Drop down menu: You suspect listing is fraudulent you didn't bid
type in a brief description I said;
"The seller is selling repacked action figures misleading buys by calling them factory mistakes"

$200. Jesus.
