Does anyone know this eBay user?

This clown bid up all my items over other people that had bid on it with one id, I researched that id and found out he was a deadbeat buyer and then I blocked him, then he signs in and does it again. This happens literally 5 times. Surprised that eBay allows people to create more than 1 id let alone 5. I reported him so hopefully they track the douche bag down and ban him.

For some reason the names look familiar. maybe someone else posted about this guy. I can't seem to remember but I know I've seen it before.
