Finally recieved the item...but it's not the yellow stalker pictured in the auction. They swapped it out for the regular Stalker. No wonder it's taken so long as they probably had trouble finding one.

The auction specifically states i would recieve item in picture so i escalated the claim up to Paypal as a dispute.

wait, what kind of claim (or what reason) did you submit?

Was there Delivery Confirmation on the package?

Justice has been served!

Paypal ruled in my favor and refunded my money today. The idiot didn't even respond to the claim.

In the end, I got a free Stalker out of the deal but it still sucks I didn't get the Yellow version.

I know I've bought from him before. If it's the guy from Texas with a million loose joes for sale, he takes forever. And it comes in a regular inter-office manila folder first class mail. But hey I got a few things from him before. At least they showed up. Thanks for the tip. I got burned not too long ago, and I hate to report anybody. If they at least commmunicate with you, it can work out. But SHINANNIGANS!

YEah, Timeless has been pulling this stunt for years now, I got burned by him way back in 2005 for a lagre lot of loose parts,.. , since I paid by money order, I jot jerked.
