This gentleman e-mailed me today about my 7 packs case of 10 I got from a BIN for $124. He said he will not honor the price and wanted me to pay $300 for the auction. I laughed and now have to file a negative on him and also a fraudulent listing on him. He acted like I should just pay his new amount or get lost. I guess there goes his 100% positive and power seller.

Further to my last post about user21539 he changed his id to rebel-scum-auctions before being suspended he has now started selling on his shill bidding account and opened a new account, With the intention of shill bidding again.

No longer a registered user

He is now using his shill bidding account to buy and sell star wars and sylvanian family dolls.


No doubt he has already opened another shill bidding account so he can put the prices up again!


The shill bidding acount was chocknvodka_74 and has now changed to we-know-who-you-are

This guy bought 5 figures from me all MOC. He bought/paid 4 on the 28 of Sept and bought/paid 1 on the 29th.

Carefully wrapped and mailed ALL five together, mailed it with DC and he got them on the 6th of October.

He emailed me on Oct 28th and said that he did not receive one of the figure from the Sept 28th auctions. BUT he already left feedback for the one that he bought on the 29th.

I emailed him and said that his was impossible as I mailed them altogether in one box and showed that he received them. I have not heard back from him.

Don't trust him. I am waiting for a Paypal claim to come up.

i hate shill bidders so badly. I bid on some PS2 games that a guy was selling multiples of. 6 separate games that had 3 auctions a piece starting at 99 cents. I bid on 1 of each auction. Then randomly someone starts bidding up on all the ones i bid on but left the other auctions with 0 bids. Funny thing was the guys name was Packers217 or something and the shill bid name was PackersFan217, and the only feedback the shill bid account had was from the sellers mane account. lol ebay is full of sad desperate people.

Mods, please add ebay seller maryhb to the list. She is selling multiple Zartans on ebay, claiming they are MISB. I received one from her that is supposedly mint and sealed. It has damages that were not disclosed, loose tape which she had the nerve to tell me to reglue, and her packing consisted of throwing it in a box with no packing material. It is trash.

When contacted about a refund she accused me of lying and trying to scam her. Scam her?! I have never scammed anyone in my life. If I wanted, I would have claimed she sent an empty box and filed a chargeback with my credit card. The fact that I paid with PayPal funds and did not file a scammy claim only proves my position. I did file a "not as described" claim, but PayPal closed it immediately stating they do not investigate claims concerning product condition. BIG lesson learned there! Hopefully I can prevent a tanker from getting burned.

I have loads of emails to back this story up.
