Yeah no joke and two weeks ago that same buyer dropped 1500 on a MISB Night Raven...

As I would strongly disagree on this value.

I can say with honest opinion that this ebay auction is a fluke. It's one of those times where some idiot with lots of cash pays 10x more for something than its worth. This is it!!

This aircraft carrier is not worth $5000. I have looked at several resources to price this item. The most I saw it priced MIB mint in box, was $1500. 1/3 what its going for now. Now this one has the original shipping box/case. This could add maybe another $100 or $200 max.

I have been in the toy collecting hobby and business for 20 years and I've never seen a toy in the modern era go for more than $2000 and those weren't AFA graded. Once they are AFA graded somehow they become worth 1000% more than before thus I think AFA grading is a crock to consumers and collectors.

If this guy bought it for $5100, then I hope he's happy with the purchase. I can buy a nearly complete loose C8 USS FLAGG at Brian's Toys for only $600. And that's collector's prices. Box only adds about 20-40% value to a item.

Just do the research before you buy stuff like this is my only advice.

That guy that won the item has spent a ton of money on Joes dang. He pretty much bought most of the 25th if not all of them on ebay and a lot of early 80s MIB vehicles.

He bought this on there, damn thats a lot of dough for a Cobra Enemy, missing his symbol or not.

I bought this at a garage sale about 15 years ago. It has never been built and is still in its origanal box. Pieces are still on the Plastic holders and in sealed bags. All parts are accounted for.
