Use this thread to post your good/bad experiences with eBay Buyers and/or Sellers.

If leaving a negative, please explain why that negative is being left, and provide any supporting documents (i.e. - email message) supporting your case.

Although this thread is open to any and all input, please try to keep negative comments to a minimum (i.e. - I say I had a bad experience, you chime in repeatedly saying "Let's get'em!").

As long as things are kept to a mature tone, there should be no reason to delete posts and/or warn members. Let's try to keep it that way!

The facts:

Purchased a figure from this seller on 01/18. Paid for it on 01/19.

As of today, 02/11, I have no figure in hand.

The seller responded to a "bad seller" thread I posted about him on CobraIsland.com. His response was "what's the big deal".

I noticed on that thread that s8ballin was one of the Doyles'. I bought from him on several occasions and was actually very fast and had very good communication. As for his brother's, I have not dealt with them but they both sound very untrustworthy and quite honestly, probably wont deal with s8ballin again either

Well, the whole ordeal with this guy turned out to be nothing but drama. He got caught lying, bad mouthed a few boards, got thrown off the island...had the gall to register under a new name and defend himself disguised as a "happy customer"...the list goes on & on.

He'll be banned here if he decides to show up....so (s)Mods, look out for the following names:

No Sir, not as of yet. I believe I should receive it within the next 72 - 84 hours.

It's a real shame that things had to turn out the way they did.....

Here's a final update:


I won the PayPal claim today. However, since I did receive my figure, I forwarded payment for the figure along with ACTUAL shipping costs to the seller in question. Although he's shady IMO, that doesn't mean I'll practice what he does....so I paid him what he was rightfully owed.

I'm glad to finally put this issue to rest ;)

I had a good dealing with cheeks.bu on e-Bay. He was fast to respond to my questions. He was a little late getting the item out but when I asked him about it, a TRU Gold Rattler, he said he shipped it that day and apologized for the late shipping. I got it in great shape a few days later.

I just read the whole 8 pages on your dealing C.I.A.D. and all I can say is wow. I'm glad I decided not to buy from him, I'm kind of cheap and don't care to pay a lot for a figure no matter how old and rare.

As for my dealing...Death...it sucked. lol. The guy was a schmuck the whole time. He even went so far as to make a fake user name so that he could praise himself as a good seller. I'm just glad the ordeal is over with!
