Some people have NO clue as to what goes into this and/or just want it for nothing after you've done all the work and spent your own money just to get this started.
There is NOTHING wrong with your prices.
Your work is quality so charge what you want, people that understand what you're doing will pay for it.
The people that don't get it never will.

Well I for one know exactly what it takes to custom sculpt (in wax), produce the molds and color cast the parts (pressure cast, I assume) and I think your prices are a bit high. Once your initial sculpt (which should take you about 2 days to complete) and your molds are done, it is all gravy. Also If you make gang molds the casts will be even cheaper and easier to make.
The most ridiculous charge is for shipping. $5 to ship a couple small parts? That is just a rip off. At the prices your asking shipping should be included.
But I'm no Marxist. You have the skills and materials others don't. Charge what you want. I just think you'll make much more if you sell many at a fair price than few at an inflated price. But that is just my $.02 Ryan
