Actually that was originally planned for this custom !
The pic below shows my first attempt at this custom which I ended up scrapping & starting over with a new fig.
I felt my camo was too messy looking and it also made him look too dark
(I thought: "wow...I just made Firefly"...
*smacks fore head*)
and he
kinda looked like he was wearing his "jamjams" and I thought that many pages of jokes would follow.
At this point I thought I was working too far away from my original idea which was simply:
A white V1 Snake Eyes with a V1 Storm Shadow head.
I really wanted to capture their original V1 "colors"(although I had to add just a
little color to SE) so it took some discipline to stick to it.
As far as adding camo to the contest entry, I felt it messed up the shading & made it work against the over all look.
I did try it on him but he looked
kinda like a Dalmatian...so to avoid 101 Dalmatian jokes(literally) I painted over it.
