Blackacre Heavy Industries (BHI) is proud to announce custom sidewinder missiles to improve the performance and customization capabilities of the Sky Striker (XP-14F) platform. Sidewinder missiles offered by BHI ship standard with a ruggedized "sarcophogus" shipping crate (patent pending); capable of safe delivery of 2 missiles per shipment. Made in the U.S.A., with support from the egg heads at Aberdeen.
The Sky Striker sidewinders offered by BHI are an improved design based on the 1983 Sky Striker missile design. Our engineers have taken specifications from the original design, performed analysis on the 1983 standard missile system, and designed the BHI updated system with customization in mind. We recognize the importance of the history of the early weapon systems and that eagle drivers may not want to alter the characteristics of those early and fragile systems, and instead want the flexibility to build and operate with new possibilities. BHI sidewinders are developed to be blank slates that can easily be customized by your procurement department for your squadron. BHI engineers have developed, validated, and verified the system to successfully fit and perform with the hard mounts of the Sky Striker platform. All of the BHI sidewinder systems are shipped in the "Sarcophogus" munition shipping crate. The "Sarcophogus" comes standard with hard mounts integrated to match the same dimensions of the Sky Striker; demonstrating a proper fit. The digital design architecture of the missile and "Sarcophogus" ensure a precise, tight, and crisp mating of all surfaces, to include the missile hard mounts and the "Sarcophogus" case and lid. This system adapts enhancements for future requirements and make a great addition to your organization and order-of-battle. Each missile has a length of 88mm, a fin span of 18.5mm, and a wing span of 12.2mm. It can carry a Cobra-detection blast fragmentation warhead to a range of more than ten miles and has built in counter deception detection capabilities; such as anagram detection. The "Sarcophogus" has a length of 108mm, width of 68mm, and depth of 52mm (with the lid sealed to the case). The BHI sidewinder is made for those who want the best in customized weapon systems for classic Sky Striker platforms. Made in the U.S.A. This entire system is produced at our undisclosed labs using FDM multidimensional extrusion and polylactide chemistry. Please see attached graphical artifacts for detailed design documentation in accordance with elements of DI-IPSC-81432. Thank you for your time. Keep your head up and your powder dry.
