I’ve had this for a while but just started going on to Maurader Inc’s site and found a purple balaclava head. He’s going to be mostly a lighter green but I, trying to figure out what else to do. Any ideas?

Used that same torso for my Kamakura. I'd consider swapping out the arms for bare arms or short sleeves. Maybe something like a POC Viper arm or one of the no sleeve ROC Storm Shadow arms. I used the 50th Dusty arms.

I’d love to do that but I don’t know how to swap arms yet. I bet that looks badass though.

It works for me. Thinking of adding an Arashikage tattoo, since I used the bare forearms.
There should be a few tutorials on cracking torsos here. That's what I usually do. Basically crack open the seam of the chest piece, so you can remove the arms. I use a pair of channel lock pliers. I wrapped the ends in duct tape to minimize damage. Position them under the arms on the chest seam. Slowly squeeze until you start hearing the cracking sound. You should see the seam starting to open from the bottom of the chest piece. At that point, use a small standard screwdriver or exacto knife to pry the chest the rest of the way open. There is also another method were you cut the shoulder joint. I haven't tried this.

Kamakura is my favourite Joe. Great character - if you're looking for some ideas mine is in the below link - I actually used the same legs you chose!
