For my "Mechanical Chain Base" setup, I needed some more of the pieces that mate the side walls to the floor, so I made copies in two lengths to accommodate two different wall depth installation locations:
Shallow: Deep:

And finally, also for my Mechanical Chain Base setup, I made some clips to attach on the outside/back of the corner to help hold the side wall sections to the back wall sections in the corner. I made these in two depths because the connection points on the back wall sections have two different thicknesses:
Here it is clipped onto a side wall piece: The left end in that photo would reach in and lock onto a rear wall section if one were present. Here you can see the clips in actual action: These were a beacon of light in an otherwise fairly disappointing test print run. They worked exactly as planned.

It's okay... will help the repro argument if it's slightly different than the original.

Here are Xerofall's photos of the test-printed Flagg parts in use:
Deck Clip: Mast Cap: Superstructure Y-Pin: Radar Antenna: Purge Valve: The preliminary results look very positive, but I have asked him to be brutally honest about any possible shortcomings in the fit so I can try to address them. I'll let you all know if he makes me cry...and how hard.

I really didn't notice any issues. The original deck clip design is a little faulty and the wear and tear might translate into broken clips on your end, so you might look into bulking up the two prongs to prevent them from breaking.
All the rest seemed to fit just fine.

Yes, please. Pics never hurt just to make sure we're talking about the same thing. Also, is there "play" in the original clips side-to-side (when considering this, pretend one prong is the front and the other prong is the rear) while they are installed? If so, I can also widen the prongs while I thicken them. It will make them stronger and less fidgety (if fidgety is an issue).

Fidgety is not an issue, in fact, having a little play would be beneficial.
Most of my broken deck clips were because they were too tight and they busted when removing. I can get a picture as well. They are used to line up the superstructure under the flight deck to help hold all three deck pieces together. warping from age, shrinking plastic, etc, makes the holes not line up as well as they should.
