You are knocking these out of the park!
The bust is really cool, I look forward to seeing how you use it. The podium is amazing, and I love the idea of interchangable emblems. A generic city one or a police department one would be cool for superhero dioramas where the Police Commissioner or the Mayor is talking about the latest crime wave for the hero to stop Camera idea is great too!

The tool box could be a one piece design with molded-in tools inside it. The welding set ups could be the boxy electric arc welder, but a hollow shell. The ox-acetylene welder could be the two tanks on a rolling cart, another for the torch itself, and a flexible tube to connect the two pieces. The battlefield robots could be a variation of the two-tracked ones in use now. The ones designed to have one of several weapons or a mechanical arm on it. |

Thanks all. The SLR camera is in the works, but it's a huge pain in the butt to model. I've been working on some other items between sessions with the SLR. Here is a jack stand WIP:
This is scaled down from measurements of my real-life jack stands. I still need to smooth and round some areas, but the overall structure is finished. I doubt I can make this one articulated. I would have to blow out the dimensions of the top of the stand so the toothed rod thing could be separate, fit inside, and still be strong. I'll probably include an "up" and "down" version together in pairs if I decide for sure not to articulate the jack stands.

The basic "static" jack stand model is now complete and available in both a "low" and a "high" version:
Low: High: I am going to make a dynamic height version and see what that does to the dimensions. If it still looks ok I'll make that available as well.

OK, the "dynamic" adjustable-height version didn't take too much mutation to pull off, so it's up for grabs now in a 4-pack:

Something similar to go along with your monitors, in 1/18 scale, would be sweet.

I've been looking at the possibility of making a 1:18 scale modern casket (with hinged lid, carry handles, and fake padded lining for the lid...maybe for the main box as well if I can keep it from intruding into the space needed for a figure) as well as the old-timey "toe-pincher" old west style wooden coffin (with a removable lid). Due to "machine space" fees at these dimensions the price point would end up in the range of $30-$35 for them.
Would anyone be interested at that price? Quote:
If someone actually buys the monitor and wants a desk like that to go under it I'll make the command center desktop thingy for sure. I just don't want to spend time building things that nobody will ever use.

HI Zap, with the zombie lab figs out, and the Dime Novel's heading our way I will indeed be needing some coffins! I've tried to find them in the right scale, some come semi-close but not close enough.
