I printed a half shell for the top to see how it lines up with the original parts. As expected, the rear end worked out extremely well but the front end is in need of some correction. Obviously I haven't softened any of the edges and corners yet, but here are the results so far:

There are a lot of dials on that dash, so there will be more detail still to come...

I am fine-tuning the roll cage/window frame portion at the moment. So far, pretty good but I am a degree or two off on the angle so the doors aren't fitting correctly yet. Here is version 1 of the cage/frame in use on a vintage VAMP MKII:

Added a bit more dashboard detail today:
It still needs lots of dials and the fire extinguisher, but it's getting there.

Man, how have I been missing out on this??? What 3D printer did you get?
