It will be soon. I have seven minor variants to test for the waist cups on the male and female versions and that model is already prepped:
Seven versions might sound like a lot, but considering it's down from 45 that's good progress. The initial 45 were not on actual adapter pegs though, so this test batch will allow me to test the seven best versions in actual use to get proper height and retention. Before I place the next test batch order I just need to add on an assortment of female neck barbells and a few variants of the Joe hip adapters (for using alternate legs on Joe figures) so I can lock in that design as well. I also had an idea for some articulated stuff (a hinged robotic arm for a lab, computer monitor array on a ball/socket-jointed base or wall mount, etc.) for which I might try to shoehorn in some components into this order as well.

Awesome! Let me know if you hit any snags.
The test print model for the (hopefully final) adapter modifications is basically ready to go: I am just working out some articulation designs to include in the order to save on shipping. I am going to put some hinges/pins, swivels, and ball/socket designs in the sampling so I can find a reliable way to print functional parts for things like this: I also want to make some additional parts for use with the Gundam "mechanical chain base" or "machine nest" type of sets. So many ideas, so little time! Anyway, once I finalize a few moving parts the order will be off to the printers and we'll be on the final path to torso adapter availability.

OK 'Tankers, I finished my modeling on everything I'm ready to work on, so the test print is officially on order. If all is well with the latest test print I'll have the torso adapters up on Shapeways within a day or two of their arrival. Let's hope for the best!
I also completed my first attempt at an articulated monitor array, which was the last thing I wanted to get worked into this print order: When assembled it will stand about 1.5" tall and a bit over 3.75" wide. I'll post photos of that item as well once it's in-hand. I'll probably start a separate thread for diorama pieces though, since I realize I'm beginning to pollute this thread.

In all seriousness, this is all impressive and you are very talented. I would have difficulty conceptualizing some of those intricacies - much less designing a 3D model. Great job.

Yes, I'm very curious to see how that monitor turns out. That's a pretty ambitious design for something of that size, and it'll be great if it works.

Thanks, fellas. I say go big (err...small?) or go home! I have started a new thread for my diorama pieces here if you care to follow along with those bits and pieces.
Getting down to business here, though, I made a sprued version of the male neck barbell adapters and put them up in the shop. They are $2 cheaper than the pre-separated "boxed" neck barbells (just over $0.31 per barbell at the current quantity), so for anyone who prefers to de-sprue their own barbells for some savings, you now have the option.
