The plan looks great so far Zap! You've already put a lot more thought into it with visual planning ahead of time than I did. Will there be stairs on the 1st & 2nd floors too or an elevator?

Ha! I wish. For the cutouts of the wooden walls, I plan to drill pilot holes then rough out the windows with a jigsaw. Fine tuning will probably happen with a tiny little hand saw. I'll router out about 1/4" deep on the inside to lay in the window panels (which are about 1/8" thick) and then cut and glue in some 1/4" thick wood frames behind that to hold the panels firmly in place. For the actual acrylic panels, I have a line on some laser-cut places who can cut acrylic to my specifications, so the windows will all be laser cut to size and the entry double doors will likewise be cut to size, but will also have screw holes cut out so I don't shatter anything or mis-align the holes when I install hinges. Similarly, the gate will be a laser cut acrylic panel about 1/4" thick.

If I end up expanding the footprint of the building I might add more stairs. At the current size I didn't want to swallow up too much space with them so I just put them in for the roof since that was most useful. Otherwise, an elevator is just going to be implied, I think.

If glued crisscross Coroplast should be extremely durable (especially if weight and storage are a concern, people make boats and planes with it!). But wood is pretty tough too.

I gotcha. If getting the acrylic cut becomes too expensive, you might check out some sheet Lexan. I bought a 4x8 sheet about 1/4" thick from a body shop a long, long time ago that cut easily with most woodworking tools. Anyway, I used a crappy jigsaw on a lot of it and it did great. You can easily sand the edges, drill it, etc. then just peel off the paper on both sides. I'm not sure how much that stuff is now, but wish I still had some.
In other news, here is my latest addition I have been measuring out in the sketch, an illuminated heliport on the roof: It's a tight fit on the rooftop so I may have to push the building dimensions out a bit or cantilever it over the building's edge a bit. This sketch's helipad is 12" in diameter at the longest diagonals which will work (for landing gear, at least) for a lot of helicopters. At this size, the heliport measurements could land the following toy helicopters, at a minimum:
It CANNOT land the PTE/Elite Force Black Hawk helicopters though. The landing gear needs something like 15 inches for those to work. The Mamba and Retaliator aren't going to fit, either. But since I don't have either of those two, who cares?

Love it. This would be a great dio for an Extensive Enterprises building or satellite facility. I keep seeing talk of acrylic. Can anyone explain this more in detail to me? It sounds like something I could use in some of my dios.

Love this idea! I’ve done some dio building and absolutely love the playability factor! I’ll be watching closely. Keep up the work

Cool project! I'm just a "lurker", but I actually registered to clarify something. I like working with Lexan myself, but it will not cut with a laser. Sounds like you're going with acrylic, but I wanted to mention it anyway.
