Right now it's too inefficient for me to set up a shop, though hopefully that will change in the not-too-distant future.. PM me if you're interested in some prints; I'm happy to make specific items upon request...

Not much to report...just tried printing the first aid kit out for the first time on this printer. Unfortunately, the handle broke off, as it's rather fragile, and removing the support material holding it up caused the whole thing to break off. Not much of a loss, fortunately. I've been recommended to change the handle to the style found on the M2A1 ammo can, which lies flush against the box and gives the illusion of greater "real-world" functionality. May have to try that.
I used a little of the Molotow chome marker and some Sharpie to highlight some of the geometry details. Also, I've been chroming up other little bits and bobs, such as the GoldenEye metal crate and the M2A1 ammo can. The chrome actually "takes" to the material fairly well, but it does also highlight the imperfections of a 3D print. (Some of these imperfections could be minimized through acetone treatment, but so far my luck with that is limited.)

Very minor update. I revised the handle on the first aid kit to be non-functional and of similar design as the ammo can.
Unsurprisingly, most of the very fine detail doesn't carry over to the print, but it still looks pretty good in-hand. You may have to take my word for it, though, as the white plastic isn't letting me get a very good picture.

Small update. I finally picked up a few small jars of paint last weekend (Tamiya flats and a can of spray-on Testors Dullcote) and since I had some extra cinderblocks printed in white for test purposes, I decided to try painting some of them up. For a novice effort, I think they look pretty good; the paint really brings out the texture details.
Each block was covered in flat gray, then given a kinda/sorta dry-brush over with olive drab. The gray was applied in as few coats as I could cover the block in. No sealant or outer coat applied; I may try that in a few days once the paint "cures" fully. They actually look a bit better in person; I couldn't get a good pic without using a flash, and the flash blows out the contrast a bit. The olive was a bit heavier-handed than I intended, but I think it works.

A couple of the dragon's teeth tank-traps with similar paint treatment as to the cinderblocks. Again, these are printed in white plastic.
The flash blows out the colors a bit. Again, though, I'm pleased with the results given my lack of painting experience, as well as this being a fairly quick job.

I painted up one of MW's medic cases:
I need to cleanup some edges on the paint, but there is some pretty darn good detail on his printer!

Nice! I just painted up a few myself, and used a greenish color (olive drab) on a couple of them, too.
Man, painting those little details by hand can be tricky, especially if you've got shaky nerves like I do. I can't complain much about the results so far, though.

Haven't gotten around to any more modeling work yet, but I've been doing some more paint tests/painting practice.
The olive, blue, and orange cans are raw plastic; the gunmetal and olive drab are painted; the chrome was done using a Molotow marker (it used to be orange originally!). The cans look a little better in-hand (the pics exaggerate the flaws a bit) plus the lighting is less than ideal. Couldn't get great focus on the cinderblocks, either. Maybe I'll try again when it's daytime out.
