Thanks!
The base pod is complete. I need to build the rear door and optional interiors. Version 1 will be the ambulance. Version 2 will be an early warning radar system. The interiors will swap out so I can make it into which ever I want. I made the top removable for better play action. |

Thanks Guys!
I had a couple in mind when I started but the more I look at it I keep seeing more and more options. Like you said definitely Special Opes. Then maybe SWAT and forward observations with the pod. Without it can take several weapons platforms, or just a troop or canvas back cargo carrier. Man I'm having way too much fun with this LOL. |

What material are you using to construct the pod?

The mass of the project is .060 styrene and then the details built up off that. It comes close to the thickness of plastic on the toy. The body of the VAMPS bounce around between .060 and .080 so this works good. Also makes it nice and ridged for play.

That sweetness can't be denied...appropriate that it is near Valentines Day.
That is right up there with, or better than, the Jungle Hiss customs. The fact that you have a design that makes it modular capable is freakin' awesome. Congrats on a fine custom. |

Well done. The 6x6 alone was fantastic, the "Rodimus Prime" top has taken it over the top.
I had my own 6 wheeled cobra stinger planned from a desert fox mixed with a stinger. This concept puts that to shame.
