For Leatherneck, I'm thinking of putting him in a Marine Dress Blues uniform if I can't find a better match of clothes and colours to what his 1986 counterpart wears
And with Shockwave, I just need a black utility belt and matching hat to go with the uniform.

Now, all I need is a hat for Leatherneck.

As I already got a Shockwave, I don't need to worry about making my own. It's a funny story actually. I bought this(what I thought was a generic SWAT) figure off of Evil-Bay, and because of the lighting in the picture, I thought about turning him into Beachhead. When I got him in the mail, I saw that his mask was black, so I then figured he'd be Shockwave instead. Well, I began to change around his outfit, and underneath, he already was Shockwave. He still had his original clothes underneath, and it was the 2009 version by Hasbro, renamed Shockblast then.

Problem was, not very many male figures are made with longer hair, unless they're from the Barbie line haha! But then I was paroozing Evil-Bay, and came across this one figure who was just perfect.
Then I looked in the 12" archives at YoJoe, and it turns out he was the 2004 12" version of Hi-Tech, but since I bought him loose with no other original accessories, I thought he'd be reborn as Psyche-Out. He kinda resembles Psyche-Out too. Separated at birth twins perhaps haha?
The only thing left to do is find some grey fabric or a long grey shirt to cover his arms. If I can't find a long-sleeved shirt, I'm gonna pick up some grey fabric, and sew some sleeves to the green shirt he has on. I'm fairly good at sewing and used to make my own Barbie clothes when I was younger.
Oh yeah, gloves. Actually, I did get some gloves today. They have open fingers, but they're close enough.
