I have been wanting to make a custom Annihilator to go with the 25th/ME style figures for awhile but wasn't sure if I wanted to dremel out a vintage ARAH Annihilator head to use as a helmet or just dremel a hole for the neck ball to go into. I decided on using the backpack/helicopter and gun from the 25th/ME Matt Trakker from the start of this project but wasn't sure on the head untill Sgt. Humpty informed me about the cast helmet from raginspoon. I was sold that second and it arrived yesterday. It is cast in clear and is awesome!
Demolisher helmet Here's some pics of how this project started once receiving the cast helmet yesterday....(these are pics from the raginspoon website for the product)

I mixed up some clear purple to paint the inside of the helmet for the visor and the small rear visor area using Tamiya X-23 Clear Blue and Tamiya X-27 Clear Red.
Then I mixed up a bright orange for the helmet, torso, etc. using Tamiya XF-3 Flat Yellow and Tamiya XF-7 Flat Red.
