I'm working on a dio with a rough surface (eventually to simulate a desert/sand ground area) and no figs want to stand without a stand on it. I remember seeing one snow dio on here where the guy had pre-built a few pegs here and there, so I'm wondering: is there some premade thing I can slice to the right length and pop in a drilled hole to use for foot pegs? I was thinking (hoping?) Lego light saber blades would work, but they're a hair too big... I suppose a thin dowel would work, but would prefer something plastic.
Any thoughts/ideas?

Where'd you get the acrylic rods from?
Edit: I see the web link in the other thread, but I'll probly take a look locally first. I'm sure the shipping is hell on these things.

Posts: 25,614 | i bought both styrene and acrylic so i could make a decision in person, but the shipping wasn't bad, they are light .. you should go to micheals and get a miter box and miter saw too, it will make things easier to cut..
