You'd have to reinforce the area and or glue the parts in place permanently.
Just gluing the break will end up with more breaks.(and a part that no longer has it's original dimensions) Old plastic is unpredictable so depending on what you use, it may work, it may melt/crumble.

The plastic that they used for a lot of the parts and specifically the uprights on the KW do not take superglue or regular epoxy at all. As for plastic welding, anything you do with heat is going to shrink as well as melt that plastic, so not much luck there. Sorry!
As an alternative: Broken Arrow Toys - Hovercraft Directional Vane Set (Powered by CubeCart) These are hard plastic, so they are still fragile, but not nearly as bad as unbroken originals. And they can be painted to match very easily. |

I reinforced/modified the ones I got off ebay with plasticard on either side and just painted it to match. I would go with BA's though if you can swing the cash they have top notch stuff

Have you tried PLASTIWELD glue? It`s a liquid that truely blends pieces together, Not got any breakages on my WHALE so no idea if it`ll work.
