I want to take his lower arms off but I'm having problems what's the best way to do it. I saw the water thing about popping the elbows off with water but I don't know how long it takes to do that is there an easier way to just get the arms from the elbow down off of him?

warm the arms up with a hair dryer, grip the lower arm just below the elbow (at the "hing" part), and pull. Theres a small plug in the lower arm that "plugs into" a socket on the upper arm.

for the water trick, i don't boil, it takes to long. but i do either of 2 ways, i either turn my hot water on, (and mine gets real hot) and stick the part under it for like 30 seconds, or i microwave a cup for like 30 seconds to a minute and hold the part in there for like 30 seconds.. the hair dryer would work too.
