What are some brands when using epoxy/apoxie/plumber's putty for customs. I googled the 3 key words and its very confusing so mayb a short tutorial would help as well.

I like aves apoxie sculpt. but it's just a personal preference.
I also like the tubed apoxie mix that you can find at biglots for $6. I use that for bigger projects as aves is somewhat pricey to be used on larger areas. Just my opinion though. |

Depends on what I am doing. To fill gaps and do fake weld lines and such I use Games Workshop's Green Stuff. (it's a 2-part putty, you mix and mold and it hardens over time.) For glue jobs, I really like Zap-a-Gap. I receantly used 7-minute epoxy, comes in a Syringe like dispensor. It is also a 2-part, has to be mixed and kinda brushed on. I used it to build my Proton Pack, scale 1:1. It dries pretty quick, not sure if it is really 7 minutes.
