I'm trying to complete a rattle I just got, but I need to get the fuselage apart. Anybody got some instructions on how to do it without breaking the two halves into little tiny pieces?

I don't know. I've never taken apart a Rattler but I have a Sky Striker before. I'm sure there are some people here who do customs who can help you out. Anybody ?

Which rattler are we talking about, the vintage v1 or the more recent copper reissue?

You can't separate the fuselage. It's glued together. If you do want to, you'll have to be very careful. It splits open in half vertically...if that even makes sense. Basically, the seam runs down the middle. You'll have to remove the wings, the bottom part holding the rear landing gear, the intake on and exhaust on the rear vertical fin and the nose and tail cones. Chances are, if you take it apart, you'll see the white stress marks.

I was afraid of all that. Maybe I'll get lucky . . . . . and maybe gas prices will drop to less than $1.50 tomorrow. lol
